Job: You will be responsible for supporting the licensing of trademarks and copyrights in the US and internationally and assisting with the enforcement of our intellectual property. The primary responsibility is to assist internal business partners by drafting license agreements, distribution agreements, amendments, renewals, terminations, and other related documents under attorney supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

• The Licensing Paralegal will work with the attorneys on the prosecution and defense of intellectual property matters and may assist with global trademark portfolio management, including reviewing periodic watch notices, collecting evidence of trademark use, filing documents with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the United States Copyright Office and communicating with local counsel around the world.
• A successful candidate will deliver high quality work product and demonstrates the ability to work independently and think strategically. As an integral part of licensing and international distribution teams outside of the Legal Division, the Licensing Paralegal must be able to communicate professionally and work collaboratively.

Job Requirements:

• 3 + years of paralegal or equivalent experience.
