Client and Business Assistant – Hands-Off CEO

Job Expired

We are looking for a North America-Based, Client + Business Assistant, to support our growing company with providing high-end experiences for our clients. We are looking for someone who is responsive, nurturing, kind, and professional.

This is a virtual, independent contractor position working with our distributed team. The position is full time, ~30-40 hours per week, mostly during school hours. So it’s perfect for a career focused person who wants some flexibility. Or someone who is homebound. You can work from your own home, but you must have a distraction-free workspace. After your training, the hours can be somewhat flexible. But you must be available during morning/afternoon business hours US Pacific time.

You will be the company’s go-to client and customer care representative from the moment potential clients reach out to speak with us, and through their entire client journey with our company. The Client + Business Assistant reports directly to the CEO.

We’re looking for a team player with strong organization and communication skills to help us make ensure our business runs smoothly, and to improve the effectiveness of our team and marketing efforts.

You are…

  • Quick to respond to clients and customers, but also take pride in your attention to detail – never missing a beat.
  • Fantastic at learning new technologies – we use A LOT of online tools!
  • The first to make recommendations on how to improve the situation, if things aren’t going smoothly.
  • Not afraid to speak up to present win-win solutions.
  • Looking to grow with a company and not become the star of your own business (we love shiny stars— but it’s not a match for this extremely supportive role.)

If you feel like you can provide clients with amazing experiences, manage the day-to-day running of the business, and managing your boss like a pro, then keep reading!
