HappyCo is a growing software company that provides innovative solutions to the real estate industry. With offices in San Francisco and Adelaide (Australia), and a remote team globally, an opportunity has arisen to join the Revenue team and contribute to the ongoing success of the business.

About the role

A Business Development Representative (BDR) is a specialized, client-facing role that’s integral to the immediate success and long-term growth of HappyCo.

Our BDRs seek out and build new business for HappyCo. They work closely with the Sales team by finding new clients for existing product lines, while prospecting entirely new clientele sets. Our BDRs collaborate closely with the Launch, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams, liaising seamlessly to provide the best information and highest level of attention to our clients.

Our successful BDR’s are go-getters who have excellent analytical skills in spotting trends and proactively look for ways to increase sales performance outside of current revenue streams.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years Business Development Experience
  • Strong Communication & Research Skills
  • Industry Experience (Multifamily) Preferred
  • Property Management Experience a plus
Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Preferred or Necessary Skills
  • Salesforce
  • Google Suite
  • Microsoft Applications
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Outreach (a plus)
  • Slack, Asana (a plus)
