Job Responsibilities:

Who are we looking for? 

Someone who would be responsible for the quality and curation of Over’s content including templates, videos, illustrations, fonts, and other assets.

Main responsibilities:

• Work with content providers to source, develop and monitor content in Over
• Help determine and monitor standards & guidelines both for what makes quality content, and how to showcase it well
• Review content to ensure it meets all these standards
• Create thematically curated lists of pieces of content to give to our users based on user data and time of year
• On a monthly basis provide key insights into how past published content has performed and use this information for future sourcing & curation

Job Requirements:

Skills, competencies, and experience:

• Eats, sleeps and breathes digital platforms; Facebook, Instagram, Blogs, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Websites, etc.
• Has a basic understanding of how branding and sizing works across these platforms
• Is in touch with trends in the design world
• Can’t bear to look at bad kerning/pixelated images or an off-centered headline
• If you had a book, it would most likely be images over words
• You wouldn’t say blue; it would be cobalt, turquoise or teal
• Passionate about design, typography, video, illustration, and social media
• Has a good aesthetic eye and is genuinely excited about design
• Former creative/background in i.e social media content creator/designer/interior designer/artist
• Highly organized and has attention to detail
• Highly collaborative yet self-sufficient
• Able to execute and implement projects, not just strategize
• Creative and interested in working on a creative product that helps small businesses/entrepreneurs have a voice
• Emotionally intelligent
