Job Description:

This role will sit within the Customer Success department at Prezly which means you will engage with our customers 1-to-1 and 1-to-many. This is a new role so you be able to make it your own and we want to have your suggestions and ideas on how we can be better. You will help us build relationships with our customers at scale and you will create value by helping our customers to be successful with our product and by increasing customer advocacy. This role requires you to take ownership of the communications that our customers receive throughout the customer journey, ensuring it is both educational and inspirational and working as it should. You will have to be creative with content to develop assets such as videos, slides, blog posts, web content, case studies, and references.

Job Responsibilities:

What you will do:

  • Develop a customer lifecycle campaign program.
  • Create specific marketing content for at-risk customers.
  • Work with the team to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities that can be facilitated by specific customer marketing activities.
  • Measure the impact of customer marketing activities to ensure we are as effective as possible.
  • Work with product team to develop campaigns to increase usage.
  • Manage and maintain engagement and advocacy programs.
  • Provide product feedback given by advocates to the product team.
  • Manage a library of up-to-date customer success stories.

Job Requirements:

Your key skills/qualification:

  • Campaign marketing experience, including using marketing automation or email tool.
  • Knowledge of email fundamentals and best practices essential.
  • Strong writing and copy editing skills.
  • Analytical minded, determining marketing effectiveness and ROI of customer engagement efforts.
  • Excellent communication skills to maintain relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Excellent time management and ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Proactive and self-starter.
  • Ability to learn quickly across technology, product, and processes.
