The CTO will be responsible for overseeing the architecture, design, and implementation of all technical solutions across our ecosystem. Job Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership:
Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions. Ensure the balance between short-term deliverables and long-term strategic goals. Guide and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team to foster innovation and collaboration. - Strategic Direction:
Work closely with the leadership team to define the technical vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s business strategy. Lead efforts to articulate the scalability and competitive advantage of our technology during fundraising and investor discussions. - Product Development & Execution:
Collaborate with product management to ensure the development of high-value features and products that meet market needs. Shape the direction of new product features and partnerships. Oversee technical due diligence efforts and communicate the value of technology to stakeholders. - Operational Excellence:
Ensure the implementation of best practices across software development, cloud infrastructure, data management, and security protocols. Monitor KPIs and ensure that technology teams meet product timelines, quality standards, and operational goals. Scale the technology infrastructure to support the company’s growth and increasing customer base. - Innovation & Emerging Technologies:
Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain our competitive edge. Drive adoption of new technologies and approaches that can accelerate the company’s growth.
Job Requirements
- Specific Knowledge:
7+ years of experience in senior technical leadership roles (e.g., CTO, VP of Engineering), with a focus on Web3.0, blockchain, and decentralized technologies. Strong experience leading engineering teams in fast-growing startups. - Skills & Abilities:
Proven track record of building high-performing teams and cultivating a culture of innovation, autonomy, and collaboration. Deep understanding of blockchain technologies and their integration into products. Ability to drive technology strategy and execution that aligns with business goals and accelerates company growth. - Leadership:
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team to success. Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
- Education:
While a technical (mathematics, physics, CS) or financial background is a plus, it is not mandatory. Practical experience and proven results in technical leadership roles are the primary criteria.
