Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective corporate communication strategies and plans that align with company goals and elevate our values through thought leadership and corporate and brand storytelling. Write all requisite communications materials, including corporate statements, blog posts, press releases, briefing docs, etc.
  • Lead our corporate awards program.
  • Maintain relationships with key journalists and outlets, respond to relevant inbound inquiries and develop creative, proactive pitches based on business need, industry trends, and cultural moments.
  • Support and drive communications plans (including media, events/speaking opportunities, thought leadership, and social media) for our CMO and Chief People Officer.
  • Support key public policy initiatives, financial communications, and crisis communications as appropriate.
  • Provide crisis communications support as needed.
  • Act as editor-in-chief of the corporate communications blog. Oversee the editorial calendar, partner with the PR, Research, and Content teams to identify priority content and assign writers, edit and sign off on copy, and project manage publication process.
  • Manage our Executive Communications Social Media Manager, who supports social media strategy and content development for several of our C-level executives.

Job Requirements

  • Expertise in building and executing high-profile communication campaigns that align with business objectives and brand.
  • Proven track record in developing and deploying corporate narratives across all channels.
  • Experience creating authentic voices for key executives and managing the execution of their platforms and media opportunities, from prep to outcome.
  • Strong communication, organization, analytical, interpersonal, writing/editing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and adapting in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to balance critical thinking and strategy with tactical execution and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively, virtually, and independently in a complex, global organization, across timezones and with different cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools such as Slack, Google Workplace, and Zoom and project management tools such as Asana.
