Equipped with a deep understanding of our reality capture system, you will take ownership of the customer onboarding processes and continue through the adoption cycle to enable them to achieve the best possible results. You will be deeply involved in using your technical knowledge, to transform the scale of our products in the Middle East & Africa Reseller world, together with our reseller account executive. 

Job Responsibilities

  • You will have the opportunity to drive Reseller onboarding processes and ensure successful customer support in the early adoption phases 
  • You will be closely involved in maintaining active relationships with key resellers, building a rapport, understanding their business needs, and synthesizing these needs to communicate internally to a range of stakeholders 
  • You will ensure and sustain open channels of communication with our reseller customer and internal teams, servicing as the point of contact for escalating issues, driving collaboration and communication to resolve them 
  • You will be at the forefront of effectively identifying common issues or questions and using these to drive training plans and documentation in partnership with our Customer Education team 
  • You will closely work with our EMEA reseller sales executive, proactively identifying opportunities to increase adoption or grow usage in reseller accounts. 

Job Requirements

  • Your previous B2B customer-facing experience in the Reality Capture, BIM (Building Information Modeling) or AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) industries will help you efficiently build up trust and face quick success in your position  
  • Business fluency in written & spoken English, combined with at least one MEA language (French, Arabic, etc.)
  • A degree in a relevant technical field, such as Geosystems, Surveying, Geomatics, or similar, will help you easily understand our technology
  • Your expertise in Reseller/ Distributor management will allow you to better understand the pain-points within the reseller channels and ensure the reseller’s success with our technology
  • Your exceptional organization and communication skills will enable you to create the right enablement approaches to achieve success
  • Ideally, you are willing to travel across EMEA to support your resellers and their end-customers through client visits as well as better understand their technical needs
  • If you additionally bring in knowledge and understanding of mobile scanning technologies, SLAM systems or cloud solutions, you will have an added benefit
