We make hiring the best people easy and unbiased, offering pre-employment screening tests at an affordable price. Using TestGorilla, our customers save valuable time, make hiring decisions objectively, and avoid expensive mis-hires.
Our tests are developed by deep subject matter experts. They get rewarded when their tests are used, and we help them make their tests better. This way we can offer the highest quality and widest range of tests in the market.
We just finished a €1mln seed round and launched in June 2020.
Job Responsibilities:
CUSTOMER SUCCESS REPRESENTATIVE
As the Customer Success Representative, your goal is to support new customers, convert them to paid plans, lead the onboarding, drive ongoing adoption, and help customers get the full value out of TestGorilla. You will also be responsible for helping to develop and execute our email marketing strategy.
Job Requirements:
- Share our passion for helping companies hire the best faster, easier, and bias-free
- Have 3+ years experience in B2B customer success
- Have a strong sense of ownership and like to work remotely with limited supervision
- Take pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Are tenacious and goal-oriented
- Are fluent in English
- Experience with email marketing, HR/assessments, and Hubspot are all a plus
