As a Web Analytics Specialist (GA4), you will be a crucial part of our team, working on impactful projects that drive business insights and support decision-making processes. You will gather and document business requirements from various stakeholders, ensuring clarity and feasibility. Your role will involve creating requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria, as well as implementing web analytics tracking using Google Tag Manager. You will also be responsible for creating custom events and triggers, implementing cross-domain tracking, and working with Google Ads and other ad platforms. You will be part of a dynamic team of data analysts and technical experts, collaborating closely to deliver high-quality solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Google Analytics Experience: Minimum of 1.5+ years of experience.
  • Requirement Elicitation and Process Modeling: Proficiency in techniques such as BPMN and UML.
  • Use Case Development: Experience in creating requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Web Analytics Tracking: Experience in implementing web analytics tracking, particularly with Google Tag Manager.
  • Custom Events and Triggers Creation: Ability to create custom events and triggers in web analytics.

This will be considered a plus:

  • Experience in implementing cross-domain tracking.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and other ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for gathering and documenting requirements.
