We are looking for Project Manager for one of our investment products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance and Control. Define quality standards and processes to ensure that project deliverables meet established criteria. Implement quality control measures and conduct regular reviews to verify compliance with quality standards;
  • Project Management and Technical Delivery: Develop a detailed project plan outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resource allocation. Define project requirements and establish clear project goals in alignment with organizational objectives. Ensuring timely completion of work;
  • Timeline and Milestone Management. Establish project timelines, milestones, and deadlines to track progress and ensure project tasks are completed on schedule. Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement adjustments to keep the project on track;
  • Change Management. Manage and facilitate changes to the project scope, requirements, or objectives, ensuring appropriate documentation and stakeholder communication. Evaluate change requests and assess their potential impact on project goals and resources;
  • Team Development and Leadership. Lead and motivate the project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Develop team skills through training, coaching, and mentoring, ensuring a skilled and capable project team;
  • Integration Management. Coordinate and integrate various project components to ensure seamless workflow and collaboration among different teams and departments. Align project activities and outputs with organizational strategies and goals;
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and uncertainties related to the project and develop strategies to mitigate them. Implement risk monitoring and control measures to minimize the impact of risks on project outcomes;
  • Collaboration and Communication: Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements, expectations, and concerns. Establish effective communication channels and maintain regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.

Job Requirements

  • Technical background (previously worked as a developer, QA Engineer, or another technical specialist);
  • Experience in managing a technical team of 10+ people;
  • Experience in building development processes;
  • Practical experience with agile development methodologies;
  • Critical thinking, responsibility, and initiative;
  • Ability to independently identify and solve problems rather than generate new ones;
  • Ability to multitask;
  • Experience working with a distributed team;
  • Proficiency in English at a minimum level of B1.
