Broaden your demand generation skills and sales knowledge by partnering with our dedicated training team for onboarding and upskilling. Through our SDR Experience Program, gain exposure to leaders across the organization via project-based opportunities to develop cross-functional skills and learn about potential career opportunities in alignment with business needs.

Sales Development Representatives are in the role for a minimum of 15 months before becoming eligible for exciting growth opportunities within the Provider Sales team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold phone and email outreach to prospective clients (minimum of 40 calls and 20 emails per day)
  • Engage prospects by gathering key information and demonstrating Phreesia’s value during discovery calls
  • Spearhead new initiatives, deliver market feedback, and collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing
  • Track and report key data points using Salesforce
  • Driving toward results by meeting monthly quota of 5 opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Must be located within Eastern or Central time zones.
  • Ability to demonstrate robust knowledge of and passion for sales
  • Confident, strong and energetic phone presence to engage prospects and peak interest
  • Persistence and resilience to handle objections and rejection, as well as meet goals

Nice to Have: 

  • Previous experience in sales or business development
  • Cold outreach experience

Tired of calculating your commission every month? If you’re motivated by the consistency of a competitive base salary, this role may be the perfect fit for you. You’ll have the opportunity to earn up to $55,000-$80,000 base salary during your tenure in the SDR role based on multiple factors such as previous experience, overall skills and competencies assessed during the interview process and internal equity.
