We are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Manager to join our team and help drive our social media strategy.

As a Social Media Manager at Nexus Mutual, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence, engaging with our community, and promoting our brand and products. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media trends, a passion for the crypto industry, and a knack for storytelling.

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Nexus Mutual’s brand identity and business objectives. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure our social media presence remains innovative and effective.
Create engaging and compelling content, including posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets, tailored for different social media channels. Curate user-generated content and third-party content to supplement our social media efforts and foster community engagement.
Monitor and actively engage with our social media communities, including but not limited to Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, and Reddit. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships with our audience.
Act as a brand advocate, promoting Nexus Mutual’s products, services, and values through social media platforms. Proactively identify opportunities to showcase customer success stories and highlight the unique benefits of our decentralized insurance solutions.
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant tools and platforms. Provide regular reports to the marketing team, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize our social media efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and product, to coordinate social media campaigns and ensure consistent messaging and branding across channels. Provide support for events, product launches, and other marketing initiatives as needed.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fintech or blockchain industry. Experience in DeFi or cryptocurrency-related projects is a plus.
Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices. Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and build an active and loyal online community.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft compelling narratives, adapt the tone of voice to different platforms, and convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Proficient in social media analytics tools to track and measure the success of campaigns. Ability to extract actionable insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment. Willingness to take on new challenges, experiment with innovative approaches, and adapt strategies as needed.
A genuine interest in the crypto industry and a solid understanding of decentralized finance and blockchain technology.
