Position Description:

In 2022, we established a Production Hub to launch engaging, high-quality and user-centric special projects together with our partners and customers all over the world. We’ve done a lot of work over the past two years and now have big plans for 2024: content landing pages, newsletters, podcasts, UGC and other exciting projects await us. One of the key regions where we will launch especially many creative projects is Latin America.

Currently we’re seeking a Creative Producer, who will develop concepts and implement incredible projects for our partners in Latin America region.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to develop special project concepts, search for references, assemble presentations, and pitch projects to clients;
  • Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely delivery of materials to the client;
  • Lead the production of promotional materials for clients, maintain amma’s tone of voice in them;
  • Develop cost estimates, maintain timelines, communicate with account managers and other team members;
  • Search and involve freelance contractors for projects, coordinate their interaction with the internal team. Set goals, inspire and support.

Job Requirements

  • Have experience in producing projects of different types and levels of complexity. You can put together a large special project from a landing page, video, mailing and posts on social networks or create a single image — but the one that will stun everyone.
  • Can estimate costs, assemble teams, and create timelines.
  • Prioritize the quality of your work above everything and aim to showcase every project in your portfolio.
  • Face tight deadlines, challenges, partner’s questions and edits with confidence.
  • Possess a systematic, precise, and attentive approach to every task.
  • Have a network of friendly and reliable contractors (and are motivated to expand it).
  • Have good visual taste.
  • Are a Spanish native speaker and have upper-intermediate (B2) or higher proficiency in English (it’s the main communication language within our team).
