As part of the broader People Team, the Technical Recruiting team is tasked with scaling the Engineering and Data teams at Rocket Money. In addition to sourcing and hiring high-caliber technical talent, we’re laser focused on providing a top-notch candidate experience for every candidate.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for Engineering and Data teams, from intaking new roles to ultimately filling positions
- Create and maintain strong relationships with hiring leaders across Engineering and Data departments to understand business needs, advise on hiring strategies, and align recruiting efforts towards organizational goals
- Advise and guide hiring leaders on industry best practices
- Utilize data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our recruiting strategies and work to continuously improving our hiring efficiency
- Partner with the broader People team to create employer brand strategies, execute on employee engagement efforts, and ensure a seamless onboarding experiences for all Rocket Money new hires
Job Requirements
- You have 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience (in-house preferred!)
- You have a history of identifying, engaging, interviewing, and closing technical talent for a high-growth company
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills which allow you to establish solid relationships with candidates and hiring leaders
- You understand the importance the importance of delivering an exceptional candidate experience for each and every candidate
- You’re open to trying new and unique recruiting approaches

Additional information: Salary range of $85,000 – $120,000/year + bonus + benefits. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
