Job Description:

We’re a startup, digital marketing agency looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team. Here’s your chance to be part of a rapidly growing venture and manage clients’ Affiliate Marketing campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage affiliate marketing campaigns from budget monitoring to maximizing ROI
• Acquire new partners to grow the affiliate program
• Nurture and maintain relationships with affiliates to ensure a positive partnership
• Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and budget spend
• Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and/or bonuses for the affiliate program

• You have some experience with affiliate marketing and are looking to expand your hands-on experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in an affiliates role
• Ability to quickly turn around assignments with acute attention to detail
• Fast Learner, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A good understanding of tracking technology

Experience:

• Affiliate Marketing: 1 year (Required)
