Job Description:

We are seeking experienced, results-driven, and passionate business analysts to join our project team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter and has excellent communication skills. Our collaborative environment relies heavily on innovation, technical savvy, and problem-solving skills. We are building out the latest generation of credit reporting services capable of supporting hundreds of thousands of visitors daily, on mobile and desktop.

This is a remote position.

The Business Analyst’s primary responsibility is to ensure that business and user needs are articulated as clear, detailed feature definitions and user stories for inclusion in the product roadmap and agile development lifecycle. The Business Analyst is a core member of one or more agile product teams and is a subject matter expert in the products that they support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Works with product management and other product team members to document and groom product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in an agile development environment
• Understands user-centered design concepts and works closely with UX/UI Analysts to define product features that meet the needs of the user and the requirements of the business process
• Collaborate with product management, the agile product owner, and other product team members to understand the vision and business value for the products they support, including the dependencies between systems, including internal and external processes
• Must be flexible with implementation approaches based on team strengths, focusing on results and outcomes

Job Requirements:

• Senior BA with excellent Stakeholder Management
• Expert level User Story Writing Skills (in line with an Agile coach)
• Experience writing user stories for web interfaces [UX, data validation, styling]
• Highly skilled at collaborating with business partners
• Excellent JIRA/Confluence skills
• Excellent understanding of how to write BDD style tests for story verification and user acceptance tests
• Must be a self-starter with strong Agile experience in large corporations
• Very strong soft skills leadership communication facilitation working with many different stakeholders with conflicting requirements and needs
• Must be flexible and adaptable to dynamic environment
• Must be willing to support offshore development teams including occasional off-hours conference calls
• Must be a very fast learner
• Experience working application development projects
• Ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders with demanding schedules
• Ability to facilitate meetings effectively
