We are looking for an Outbound Analyst Empowered by data-driven insights and a passion for efficiency, our mission is to revolutionize Outbound & Fulfillment Logistics Processes, leveraging technology, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to drive cost savings and operational excellence in our 3PL operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Main responsibility for the profile is to be the area’s analytical reference, in order to provide visibility about the performance of our 3PLs
• Profile will be accountable for controlling 3PLs and internal performance on Outbound Processes.
• Additionally, the Outbound analyst is expected to understand in depth our end to end operations in order to develop new reports and KPIs that help us drive continuous improvements.
• The profile is also expected to manage different projects together with internal and external teams.

Job Requirements

• English verbal and written (Intermediate level)
• Strong experience working with MS Excel (Formulas, pivot tables, databases)
• Experience in Google Docs

Desired technical skills:

• SQL
• Power BI/Tableau
• Lucidchart
• MS  Access
