Why we need you:

We need a proactive and passionate Recruiting Program Manager to join our Managed Services team. You will be responsible for managing recruitment and sourcing campaigns, screening and delivering high quality candidates, plus advising clients with ongoing market research and data. You have a passion for the recruiting industry and a strong interest in becoming a talent partner in a company with high growth potential. In this role, you will be focused on identifying qualified passive candidates using proactive recruiting strategies. Findem’s customer base varies from small founder-operated start-ups to Fortune 200 global enterprises. By joining Findem’s Managed Services team, you will have an opportunity to work alongside our most senior leaders and collaborate across departments.
In Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 Annually (plus uncapped commission). This base pay range is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner effectively with customer success managers, customer engagement professionals, and external customers/hiring teams
  • Participate in customer-facing meetings
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines of passive candidates according to customer’s hiring needs
  • Create and manage creative ongoing email campaigns to attract passive talent
  • Monitor and adjust email campaigns to deliver high volume and quality talent
  • Draft email marketing content with special attention to employer branding
  • Conduct telephone/video screens to identify interest and qualifications of candidates
  • Maintain internal candidate database within our Applicant Tracking System
  • Document and catalog historical records of activity
  • Advocate for candidates and focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience

Job Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of equivalent sourcing/recruiting experience in a high-volume environment; internships count
  • Time management skills: ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions/tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees/candidates, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Adaptability with a proven or willingness to learn and develop understanding of relevant technology, products, and markets
  • Proficiency in G-suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)
