Job Responsibilities

  1. Exceeding sales targets through strategic closing techniques
  2. Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their needs and concerns, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage renewal, upselling or cross-selling opportunities
  3. Ensure prompt and efficient collection of client installments and outstanding payments
  4. Analyzing sales funnel dynamics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement

A Day In Your Life:

  • Manage the full sales process management from end-to-end by being the first point of contact for the customer, all the way to closing the sale:
    • Reach and call parents and students in need of tutoring and explain how AlGooru and our service works
    • Detect and understand the needs of our future students, pair them with the ideal tutor, and organize trial sessions
    • Explore with customers to find their ideal (individualized) tutoring package in order to unfold their full potential
  • Drive client retention through proactive relationship-building and strategic account management initiatives
  • Own and achieve your monthly sales targets
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with new and existing customers
  • Conduct necessary follow-ups on outstanding payments
  • Decrease the average response rate to a user to make our responsiveness as fast as possible
  • Collect, enter, and report data in a timely and efficient manner

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales/telesales experience
  • 1-2 years of experience using CRM systems (preferably: HubSpot)
  • Proactive sales skills (you know how to sell a “need” and not a “want”)
  • Familiarity with Saudi consumer culture is a must
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Ability to work as part of a team
