We are looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to support the EMEA and APAC regions as part of our Payroll team. As a crucial team member, you will oversee the administration, design, and implementation of global payroll processes and systems for StackAdapt’s rapidly growing multinational workforce. Your primary duties include accurately processing payroll, timely filing, and ensuring strict compliance with all corporate and government-legislated policies. Reporting to the Senior Global Payroll Manager, this role will closely collaborate across the organization to ensure a successful payroll function.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery for local and international employees while providing global support
  • Ensure accurate preparation and processing of employee compensation and benefits, including tracking and retrieval of attendance records, time-off requests, and vacation accruals
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and payroll systems
  • Audit employee payroll documentation and participate in internal/external audits
  • Work with the payroll vendors to execute quarterly and year-end fillings, including preparation and review of tax forms, balancing, and reconciliations
  • Collaborate with local payroll vendors and partners to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Support employees with payroll inquiries in a friendly and timely manner
  • Act as a subject matter expert for our global payroll systems, lead payroll expansion projects, and implement best practice to identify new payroll processes and policies
  • Maintain confidentiality of all departmental matters and ensure authorized individuals are permitted the knowledge and use of such data
  • Support organizational needs with analytics, reporting, accounting, and auditing of all aspects of payroll

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven expertise in a full-cycle payroll environment
  • Strong organization and time management skills; ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Experience in managing the successful completion of multiple projects
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and G-suite skills
  • Completion of Payroll Certification preferred
  • Post-secondary degree/qualification in relevant field is an asset
  • Experience in using ADP Workforce Now, ADP Celergo, BambooHR is an asset
