We are looking for a Paid Advertising Specialist (Social) to join our dynamic growing team Cupid Media!

You’ll help execute our paid advertising strategy with a focus on Paid Social products. Every day we acquire 50,000+ new singles looking for love across 33 different brands, in 40 languages and in 200+ countries. You’ll join an award winning, small acquisition team that is data driven and results focussed that manages budgets in the multi-million dollar range. We believe in using AI, machine learning and other automation tools to drive oversized results.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage campaigns, monitor pacing, optimise to maximise performance in-line with our objectives, reconcile budgets, and ensure best practice.
• Work in close cooperation with the acquisitions team and other team members to produce best in class marketing
• Help execute new projects with your team like brand launches, new betas and features
• Work with other teams in the business like creative and data to drive marketing results
• Take ownership of a portfolio of Cupid Media brands and own the paid social channel results for those brands
• Stay at the forefront of changes in the digital industry have a close relationship with our business partners like Meta & TikTok
• Ensure reports across your client portfolio are provided in a timely, accurate, and insightful manner.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years managing Facebook advertising (TikTok/LinkedIn/Twitter/SnapChat/Pinterest experience a plus) accounts in excess of $100,000/month in international markets and in multiple languages
• Degree in marketing or related field
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and using bulksheets in Facebook/TikTok
• Experienced using Google Analytics to gain actionable insights
• Proficient with Tabluea or other BI tools
• Experienced using Google Analytics to gain actionable insights
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Ability to derive insights from user-generated feedback, such as reviews and comments, for use in creative endeavors
• Strong communication and teamwork with other teams such as the Creative Team to being ideas to life
• Analytical, data-driven, and highly structured approach to decision-making.
