PEOPLE & TEAMS

  • Lead HR Team (7 people)
  • Foster openness and trust, as well as a collaborative mindset, to break silos & act as One Team
  • Inspire and lead by example. Give a sense of purpose, leveraging internal communication to mobilize and engage towards a common vision
  • Empower through involvement, delegation, and trust
  • Provide overall leadership, guidance, and feedback to all team leaders in Trafilea.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develops a people strategy that anticipates needs within the business strategy and that enables its delivery
  • Defines, implement HR Strategies and design a workforce plan that ensures that Trafilea strategy can be delivered
  • Develops the company culture to foster trust and drive business performance
  • Anticipates and lead transformation/ change management. Ensures Trafilero’s retention
  • Enhance safety and wellness programs
  • Directs the development of business plans and strategies to control HR costs and optimize resources

Results to be obtained (1st year)

  • Renewed, cohesive and performing HR team (team fully staffed, 8 pax)
  • Improved TRAFILERO experience/journey (decreased turnover rate + time to fill open positions + new onboarding in place)
  • L&D is established as a key function in the company (annual plan formalized and implemented)
  • Developed an external network to conduct benchmarks and strategic monitor on HR subjects
Job Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • MBA is a plus
  • Computer literacy
  • Experience: +5 years in a similar role in a multicultural, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced English is a must
