About the Job

OffSec is seeking a results-oriented Account Development Representative (ADR) to join our dynamic and expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience engaging with North American enterprise accounts, including those within the Fortune 500, and be adept at building sales pipeline and generating new business.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our client base, both by nurturing existing accounts and identifying potential opportunities in accounts where we have yet to establish a footprint. The ability to establish rapport, build relationships, and understand client needs is vital.

Job Responsibilities

  • Understand OffSec’s solutions and value propositions to ask open-ended discovery questions and engage the clients in a meaningful conversation.
  • Utilize outbound execution platforms such as Salesloft or Outreach to proactively connect with potential clients.
  • Leverage prospecting tools like Zoominfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and reach key decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Manage and log all activities, including client interactions and sales opportunities, using Salesloft and Salesforce.
  • Contribute to the growth of our sales pipeline by nurturing existing accounts and generating new business.
  • Work cross-functionally with our sales team to move prospects through the sales funnel and close deals.
  • Collaborate with AE’s daily and weekly to strategize on target accounts.
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPI targets.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience with at least 2+ years in a sales development role, particularly selling into North American enterprise accounts (Fortune 500).
  • Familiarity with the infosec industry and key job functions.
  • Comfortable working leads, contacts, and accounts in Salesforce Lightening.
  • Experience with outbound execution platforms, such as Salesloft or Outreach, and prospecting tools, such as Zoominfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Understanding on sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to engage in meaningful conversations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter mentality and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
