Role Overview

Join Labelbox as a Support Specialist on the Alignerr team, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our elite network of AI experts. You’ll be the first point of contact for Alignerrs, managing inbound support queries, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex cases when needed. Your work will directly contribute to high-quality human feedback, which is essential for advancing AI. Beyond support, you’ll help refine onboarding processes, improve workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall Alignerr experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure optimal Alignerr experience by monitoring and managing inbound support queries through the Intercom platform.
  • Provide timely and accurate support by responding to Alignerrs’ questions and issues, adhering to response time and quality standards.
  • Facilitate efficient problem resolution by escalating complex problems to the relevant teams, ensuring detailed documentation of issues and steps taken.
  • Support Alignerr onboarding by providing necessary information and support to new Alignerrs.
  • Enhance support workflow by collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and increase Alignerr satisfaction.
  • Maintain and utilize knowledge resources by continuously updating and utilizing the knowledge base and support documentation.
  • Contribute to AI advancement by ensuring high-quality human feedback through effective Alignerr support.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support, ideally within a tech or service environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail to tackle challenges methodically.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support software such as Intercom is highly preferred.
  • A strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • A proactive nature, with the capacity to identify opportunities, tackle roadblocks, and drive execution with urgency and precision.
  • Capability to provide stakeholders with clear, actionable updates, ensuring alignment and proactive issue resolution.
